Joy Bars
Happy Wednesday, friends! I admit, my favorite day of the week here on the blog. That's because its time for another recipe release! This one is not only one of my all-time favorites, but it's one that I don't make very often.
I (also) admit, that's because I literally can't stop myself from eating them ALL. Note that this isn't an exaggeration... I will truly eat them until I've made myself sick. Confessions of The Pie Queen!
Today, we're making the third (and final) recipe that concludes my Holiday Cookie Collection: (GF) Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, and now Joy Bars. Keep your eyes peeled at the end for tips on a super cute way to showcase them at your various parties this year!
Getting Started: This recipe will yield depending on how you want to cut the Joy Bars.

---------------------------------
Again, for good measure: See what I did there?
----------------------------------
3 packs graham crackers (crushed)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cans condensed milk
4 cups coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
Here you'll find the video from my YouTube Channel that goes along with this weeks recipe! Below that you'll find the step-by-step instructions, just in case ya missed anything.
To prepare: You'll use a half sheet pan + parchment paper.
1. Combine graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar together. Spread mixture across pan + press down (on top of parchment paper for easy removal).
2. Drizzle condensed milk across mixture.
3. Add coconut + chocolate chips.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Easy peasy, right!
Remember that tip I promised? The newest item that has me REALLY excited in my kitchen right now are these AMAZING cookie boxes! The presentation is perfect and makes for a seriously impressive display. Be sure to put some together yourself, or better yet, have me make 'em for ya!

What a fun way to showoff the three new recipes you've acquired this season!

Woohoo! Another Recipe Release in the books. What could be in store next week!? First, I'm looking forward to seeing you back here on Friday morning. Until then, don't forget to tag me in your finished products, friends! Please & Thank You. Happy Baking!
